Located on the East side of Parrell Square, No. 11 is a Georgian five storey mansion. It was built around 1755 and was occupied in the 18th century by the Butler Earls of Ormond.
It was adapted in 1901 as the Headquarters of Dublin County Council to act as Council Chambers.
The works to the building will restore the original features without compromising on Fire Safety or access for all.
Construction is currently taking place and will be completed in 2025.
