The building is an important “Protected Structure” from the early 18th Century (built 1729). The project involved material alterations and extension to provide a new aparthotel.
Factfire acted as the lead Fire Safety Designers from concept stage through to completion of the project, including
- Pre Application Review
- Fire Safety Certificate Application
- Assisting the architect with specific passive Fire Safety detailing
- Periodic Inspection and issuing Ancillary Certification
