The Print House Square building is a multi storey student accommodation housing 249 students. The residential part of the building contains 42 apartments. Each apartment comprises ensuite bedrooms and shared living space and kitchen. The student accommodation units are built over a Health Centre, the Disability Services Hub and sports facilities, including competition squash courts and a racquetball court. This has now won four architectural awards
